Ratings and report cards

Coaches score every student on the skills that matter, and students get a clear report card.

AdminCoachStudent
Your own rating scheme: five skill areas, each with five questions scored 1 to 5. The default covers fitness, discipline, game understanding, technique and attitude.
Edit the questions: admins change the areas and questions, and past reviews keep the version they were scored on.
Coach reviews: coaches review the students in their own batches.
Admin report: overall and per-skill averages for any period.
Student report card: each skill shows a level (needs improvement, developing or strong), a score out of 5 and a progress bar.
Coaching tips: every skill comes with a practical suggestion based on the score.
Past reviews: students can look back at every earlier review.

Coach notes

Capture how each student is progressing, and share only what you choose.

Private by default: notes stay with the coaching team.
Share when ready: flip any note to show in the student's own app.
Whole batch team can read: any coach on the batch sees the student's notes.
Author control: only the author or an admin can edit a note or change who sees it.
Find notes fast: filter by batch or search by name.

Tournament logs and reviews

Turn every tournament into a learning moment, with both sides writing it down.

Add a tournament: name and date, then add the students who played.
Coach's own notes: how they played and what stood out, private unless you choose to share.
Student reflection: each student writes how it went, what they are proud of and what they would change.
Coach review: the coach replies to the student's reflection.
Nothing missed: coaches are alerted when a student has written something and is waiting for a reply.
Student privacy: students only see tournaments they were added to.

Tournament schedule

Publish the year's tournaments and select who represents the academy.
