How we handle information.
Last updated: 4 November 2026. This policy explains how CourtCtrl ("we") handles information on this website and in the CourtCtrl app.
On this website: the details you enter in the demo form (name, phone, email, academy, sport, message). In the app: the information an academy enters about its students, members and staff, such as names, attendance and fees.
Each academy owns its data. We keep every academy's records separate and only the academy's authorised users can see them. We do not sell personal information.
We share data only with service providers needed to run CourtCtrl (such as hosting), or when required by law.
We keep data while an academy uses CourtCtrl. To request access, correction or deletion, contact abhijittadpatri@outlook.com.
