Set up a tournament

Create an event in minutes, in the format you need.

Admin
Two kinds: events with draws (singles, doubles, knockouts and groups), or a team league.
The basics: venue, dates, number of courts, default entry fee, registration deadline and a contact phone.
Status: planning, ongoing, completed or cancelled.

Events and categories

Run many events inside one tournament, each with its own rules.

Admin
Quick-add standard events: boys singles under 13, mixed doubles and more.
Custom events: singles or doubles, open, boys or girls, minimum age or under-age limit.
Per-event rules: draw format, entry fee, maximum entries, one game or best of three, and 11, 15 or 21 points.
Change scoring in one go: apply a scoring rule to every event that has no scores yet.

Public registration and entries

Share one link and players register themselves, from your academy or outside it.

AdminPublic
Public page: a shareable link for WhatsApp and social media.
Rules shown clearly: each event shows its type, gender, age limit, fee and whether it is full.
Deadline respected: registration closes automatically.
Academy players and outsiders: pick from your roster or type details, with partner details for doubles.
Entry management: confirmed, waitlisted or withdrawn, with seeds.
Entry fees tracked: players pay you directly, and you mark each entry paid with the date and a note.

Draws

Generate fair draws and let winners move on by themselves.

Admin
Formats: knockout, round robin, or groups followed by a knockout.
Seeding: set seeds, byes go to top seeds, everyone else is drawn at random.
Groups: choose how many groups, and whether the top 1, 2 or 3 advance.
Winners advance automatically: the next round fills as results come in.
Walkovers: record a walkover and the winner moves on.
Redo before play: re-draw any time before a score is entered.

Scheduling and court flow

Spread matches across your courts, and keep courts busy on the day.

Admin
Auto-schedule: give it the courts and minutes per match, and it assigns courts and times.
One match at a time: a match cannot go live while another is live on the same court.
Smart court flow: when a court frees up, the next ready match moves forward onto it, after a short break.
Clear or adjust: clear unplayed matches and schedule again.

Live scoring

Anyone with a link can be your scorer. No account, no training.

AdminHelper
Scoring links: create labelled links, optionally for one court, and switch any link off at any time.
No login: open the link on a phone and start scoring.
Built for courtside: game point and match point are called out, and the screen stays on while you score.
Saves as you go: scores save one request at a time so nothing is lost.
Real rules: win by two with a cap, in one game or best of three.

Team leagues

Run a team competition with squads, line-ups and a proper league table.

Admin
Teams and pools: add teams, set squad and reserve sizes, and spread teams across pools.
Ties made of games: each tie has several games, such as men's, women's and mixed doubles, or singles.
Line-ups: enter the pairs each captain names before a tie.
League points: choose points for a win, draw and loss, plus a bonus for a winning run of games.
Fixtures created for you: every team plays every other team in its pool.
After the pools: suggested semi-finals or a straight final, based on the tables.
Walkovers and deciding games: record a walkover for a tie, or add a deciding game.
Live scoring: score each game from a phone link.

Public pages

Players and parents can follow along without asking anyone.

Public
Live board: see what is playing now and what is up next, refreshing by itself.
Draws and results: brackets, groups and final scores.
League board: the points table and fixtures for team leagues.

Certificates and results

Finish the event with certificates in hand.

Admin
Printable certificates: winners, runners-up and semi-finalists, or every participant.
Per event: print for one event or all of them.
Signature lines: tournament director and head coach.
Results download: export results as CSV.
